Together, John and Monica Green bring more than 50 combined years of educational experience, serving as teachers, coaches, athletic directors, instructional leaders, principals, and educational consultants at every level from elementary to secondary. Over the past two decades they have trained more than 10,000 educators throughout Florida and across 11 states, partnering with schools, districts, and organizations to improve school culture, strengthen classroom management, increase student achievement, and develop transformational leaders. Everything they teach has been tested in real classrooms and real schools, because they have lived the challenges educators face.

John W. Green Jr. is the founder of Transformative Education Services and co-founder of Operation Barnabas, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring the lives of veterans and first responders. Across more than 25 years in education, John has served as an English and mathematics teacher, coach, athletic director, at-risk intervention coordinator, school administrator, nonprofit executive, and national professional development trainer.
John founded Transformative Education Services after leading Bradford Middle School through one of the most dramatic school turnarounds in Florida, increasing overall school performance to the highest level in school history while reducing discipline referrals by 41%. Every tested academic area experienced significant gains, with learning gains ranging from approximately 20% to 50%. He was also selected, trained, and entrusted as one of the first school guardians in the State of Florida under the Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program.
Previously, John served as principal of Lakeside Junior High School, where the school earned the highest overall academic score in Clay County for the first time in its history and became the county's only "A"-rated junior high, with significant gains in mathematics, science, writing, and achievement among at-risk students. He also served as Director of Education and Special Projects for Seamark Ranch, a nationally recognized residential ministry serving children from families in crisis.
As a national trainer with the Center for Teacher Effectiveness, John has trained more than 10,000 educators across 11 states. His presentations consistently receive outstanding evaluations because they combine proven research with real-world experience from successful schools. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Education and a Master of Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida, was recognized as the Clay County Chamber of Commerce Spotlight Teacher, twice named Florida Star Conference Coach of the Year, received the Florida Shriners Standing Tall Award, and developed the nationally recognized REAL Manhood mentoring program, which received a Promising Practice Award from the Character Education Partnership in Washington, D.C. In 2019 John transitioned into full-time ministry as CEO of Operation Barnabas, mentoring veterans, first responders, students, educators, and community leaders.

Monica V. Green is an accomplished educational leader with nearly three decades of experience developing teachers, strengthening instructional systems, and building high-performing schools. Her expertise spans classroom instruction, educational leadership, curriculum development, special education administration, and professional learning, making her uniquely qualified to equip both new and experienced educators.
She currently serves as Assistant Principal and ESE Lead Administrator at Green Cove Springs Junior High, where she oversees teacher development, Pre-AICE curriculum implementation, master scheduling, exceptional student education, and schoolwide instructional initiatives. Monica also established the school's innovative LEAD Classrooms, a structured peer-observation model that develops teacher capacity through collaborative coaching and reflective practice.
Under her instructional leadership, Green Cove Springs Junior High achieved unprecedented academic success, becoming the #1 ranked junior high school in Clay County and leading the district in English Language Arts proficiency, Algebra proficiency, Geometry proficiency, overall Mathematics proficiency, Total Learning Gains, Bottom Quartile Learning Gains, and Middle School Acceleration Points.
Beyond school leadership, Monica serves as a Professional Development Presenter for the Florida Association of School Administrators and Clay County District Schools, designing and delivering professional learning on instructional leadership, collaborative teaching, teacher development, professional learning communities, and evidence-based instructional practices. Throughout her career she has taught and led students from 2nd through 12th grade while mentoring countless beginning teachers and aspiring administrators.
She earned her Bachelor's Degree in English Education from Florida State University and her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida. She holds Florida certifications in School Principal, English Education, Elementary Education, and ESOL, is a Clinical Educator Training Certified mentor, and serves on the PACE Center for Girls Board of Directors and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Board.
John and Monica live in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Together they have four children and continue investing their lives in strengthening schools, families, churches, and communities.
